Head Chef Dean Carroll will demonstrate a selection of classic pub favourites, including Scotch eggs, cheese soufflés, slow-cooked beef, Eton mess, and more, whilst sharing the stories, techniques and inspiration behind each dish. Alongside these stand-out demonstrations, owner Ben Jones will guide guests through a handpicked selection of local ales and English wines, perfectly paired to complement Dean’s modern British classics.
