Known for her sophisticated yet simple, Italian-inspired cooking, Angela is Chef Proprietor of Murano restaurant in London, the London-based Café Murano chain and works alongside Luke Holder at Hartnett Holder & Co at Limewood Hotel.

Hartnett also has two cookbooks to her name, Cucina and Angela’s Kitchen. Alongside broadcaster Nick Grimshaw, Harnett co-hosts the ever-popular Spotify podcast DISH from Waitrose, featuring hilarious, unfiltered chats with a plethora of celebrity guests. In 2021, she was awarded an OBE for her services to the hospitality industry and the NHS throughout the pandemic.

Ewan Venters is a British business leader best known as the former CEO of Fortnum & Mason and later of the global art and hospitality group Hauser & Wirth/Artfarm.
