An afternoon of wit, warmth, and wonderful poetry with Pam Ayres.

Celebrated as one of the UK’s best-selling poets—second only to Ted Hughes, according to The Bookseller—Pam Ayres has been making the nation laugh for nearly 50 years, ever since her first TV appearance in 1975.

Pam will discuss her latest book, Doggedly Onward – A Life in Poems, a moving and humorous collection covering her life and career from the 1970s to the present day.

A familiar face on British television, Pam has recently appeared on The Cotswolds (Channel 5), This Morning, Alan Titchmarsh, Countdown, and Would I Lie To You?
