A two-time Ireland’s Chef of the Year and author of three acclaimed cookbooks, Rory has cooked in some of the world’s most influential kitchens, including Chez Nico, Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons, and Chez Panisse. Recognised as Good Food Ireland’s Food Ambassador of the Year (2013–2014) and International Ambassador of the Decade (2006–2016), Rory’s work has had an impact on Irish food culture.

Rory will share his passion for real, local, and sustainably sourced ingredients in a hands-on demonstration, offering an afternoon that inspires and celebrates the joy of cooking.
