Ungovernable: In conversation with Simon Hart.

In a first-of-its-kind extraordinary look at life as a chief whip, Ungovernable is a revealing, real-time, blow-by-blow account. Simon Hart, (now Lord Hart), the Conservative Chief Whip under Rishi Sunak, will be mischievously quizzed by ex-Foreign Minister and former local MP Sir Alan Duncan, himself a bestselling diarist.
